The 30-day period of return without reason
You have a 30-day timeframe to return an item from the date that you receive it.
Items must be returned in their original state, unused, and in their original packaging together with all components, packaging list, certificate, instructions, invoice, and all gifts, if any.
How to return a product
To return a product, please email service@amoji.com to request a return. You must state your order number. Replies are usually made within 24 hours. Following this, you are requested to send the return package via a qualified carrier to a designated warehouse.
Situations when products are not eligible to returnYou request a return after the 30-day timeframe of return. Customers should pay attention to the return deadline to avoid any possible unwanted losses.The product has been used and then no longer needed.
Refunding a product
Our exemplary customer service is always here to do the best they can for Amoji’s customers. This service will process a refund upon the receipt of returns.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the receipt and validation of the return. Customers are encouraged to check their accounts after this point.

Replacement
If the item you received was damaged during the shipment process and need to be replaced, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Our customer service team will collaborate with you to decide on a replacement or refund for your order.

Cancellation of your order
Generally, our company sends out your order within 24 hours of the purchase. If you would like to cancel the order, please contact Amoji as soon as you can to cancel it and receive an immediate refund. If your order has already been shipped, we will refund your payment when you send the order back to us.
